At Threadlight Studio, every piece is made just for you, designed with care, printed to order, and sent off to its new home. Here’s everything you need to know about how your order travels from our studio to your doorstep:
Processing Time
Each item is custom-made, which means we take a little extra time to make it perfect.
Please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order ships.
During busy seasons or special drops, this may extend to up to 10 business days. We’ll always keep you posted if there are any delays.
Shipping Time
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow its journey.
Typical delivery times:
U.S. Orders: 3–5 business days
We use trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and order size.
Shipping Rates
We keep things simple:
- We utilize UPS to make sure your package makes its way safely to you
- We unfortunaly do not ship internationally at the moment but please check back as this may change in the future!
Order Tracking
You’ll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update — carriers sometimes need a moment to catch up.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of shipping, please reach out to us at threadlightstudio@outlook.com
While we’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered, we’ll do everything we can to help track it down.
Address Changes
Need to fix your shipping address?
No problem — send us a note within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll update it before it ships.
After that window, we can’t guarantee changes.
